In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active y444 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and able to provide valid identity documentation confirming this upon y444's request.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a y444 account closed by y444 for breach of these Terms or for any other reason at y444's discretion.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a y444 employee in a position that could provide competitive advantage in gaming outcomes.
• You are registering with accurate, complete, and truthful personal information and will maintain the accuracy of such information throughout your Account's lifetime.

Registration Process

Account registration requires submission of a valid email address, selection of a secure password, and confirmation of your date of birth. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that all information provided is true and accurate. y444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage to verify your identity, age, address, or payment method ownership.

y444 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Holding multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where multiple accounts are detected, y444 may close all such accounts and confiscate any balances held, including genuine deposited funds in cases of intentional abuse.

You are solely and exclusively responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your y444 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. y444 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

Security Obligations

• Select a strong, unique password for your y444 account that is not used on any other platform or service.
• Log out of your y444 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify y444's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or compromise of your login credentials.
• Do not access your y444 account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks where your credentials may be intercepted.

y444 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorised transactions arising from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials. Where you suspect a security breach, you must contact y444 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] so that your account can be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

y444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits as published on the Platform from time to time. All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa; Rs 500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance on a near-real-time basis for mobile wallet transactions, and within one business hour for bank transfers during Pakistani banking hours.
• y444 does not charge platform fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or credit facilities are not permitted and may be reversed.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible, as a fraud prevention measure.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily limits are published in your Account settings.
• KYC verification — including government-issued identity document, proof of address, and payment method ownership confirmation — must be completed before y444 will process any withdrawal request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically process within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfers typically complete within one business day.
• y444 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests of any amount, which may extend processing times by up to 24 hours. Players will be notified where such reviews are underway.

y444 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, weekly reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and Golden Bank loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section 5 as well as any specific terms stated in the applicable promotion.

General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period. Bonus Funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited without compensation.
• During wagering requirement completion, different game types may contribute at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• y444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice, and to deny or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of abuse, multiple account exploitation, or misuse of promotional offers.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.

y444 publishes all bonus terms in clear, plain English on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict arises between the general bonus terms in this Section 5 and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. Claiming any y444 bonus constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.

All casino games available at y444 are supplied by certified third-party software providers whose random number generation (RNG) systems have been independently audited and certified by accredited testing laboratories. y444 does not modify game outcomes or RNG parameters in any way. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and reflect the certified performance of each game as tested.

Sportsbook & Betting Rules

All sportsbook wagers at y444 — including PSL cricket, international Test matches, ODIs, T20 leagues, and UFC markets — are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the y444 sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the decision of y444's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

• y444 reserves the right to void any wager that was placed in error, at technically incorrect odds, or in circumstances of clear error by y444 or a data supplier.
• In-play betting markets are offered subject to y444's right to suspend markets at any time where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Maximum payout limits per event are published in the sportsbook section and may be updated periodically without prior notice.

y444 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously as both a regulatory requirement and a moral commitment to the Pakistani players it serves. The following tools are available to all registered y444 players at no charge, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard without requiring support agent assistance:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total funds you can deposit to your y444 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your y444 account.
• Reality Check Alerts: Set periodic reminders that appear during your gaming session showing your session duration and net gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your y444 account from accepting deposits for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from y444. Once activated, self-exclusion is irreversible and y444 will not accept account reactivation requests during the exclusion period. y444 recommends self-exclusion for any player who believes they have a gambling problem.

y444 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy through mandatory identity verification. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age during registration will have their account immediately closed and all funds confiscated, with referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the y444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Operating or accessing more than one y444 account, or assisting any third party in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the y444 platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using y444 for any transaction connected with criminal proceeds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions in casino games or the sportsbook to obtain unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place wagers or navigate the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other interactive game format.
• Exploiting bonus promotions in ways that constitute abuse, including but not limited to coordinating bonus-clearing strategies across multiple accounts.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving corresponding gaming services.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or disrupt y444's systems, infrastructure, or data.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y444 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming winnings attributable to Platform unavailability.

y444's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for direct damages shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their y444 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim giving rise to liability.

y444 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and events outside y444's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. y444 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance windows.

y444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by y444.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the Platform in connection with criminal activity.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease services to a particular player or jurisdiction.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Discovery that the Player provided false information during registration.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the withdrawal method on file following completion of applicable verification checks. Where closure results from Player misconduct, y444 may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation and resolution of the underlying matter.

You may close your y444 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

All content on the y444 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, data, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of y444 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from the y444 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of y444.

Your use of the y444 Platform does not grant you any ownership interest in or licence to any intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

y444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, y444 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the y444 Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page at y444.vu/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and return of any verified real-money Balance.
